The promoter is Ivmedispa Limited (registered in Scotland, company number SC789333), trading as IVMEDISPA Edinburgh, of 54 Home Street, Edinburgh EH3 9NA (“the Promoter”).

Promotion

The Promoter is running a seasonal prize draw alongside its usual gift voucher and treatment sales, under the name NEW YEAR, NEW YOU — 2027.

Promotional period

The promotion opens on 24 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm UK time on 20 December 2026.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are UK residents and able to attend appointments at IVMEDISPA Edinburgh, subject to treatment suitability. Employees of the Promoter, individuals directly involved in administering the promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

How to enter

To receive an entry, an individual must make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. A qualifying purchase is either:

(a) an IVMEDISPA gift voucher with a face value of £50 or more; or
(b) an eligible treatment course or package, meaning one with an invoice value of £50 or more.

One qualifying invoice receives one entry. The number of entries is based on the number of qualifying invoices, not on their combined monetary value and not on the number of items listed on an invoice. Two gift vouchers purchased on a single invoice receive one entry.

Purchases may be arranged directly with the Promoter following an enquiry made through this page. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself constitute entry; the entry is confirmed once the qualifying purchase has been paid for in full.

No separate registration and no additional payment is required for the entry.

Only genuine purchases paid for during the promotional period qualify. Complimentary vouchers, promotional vouchers issued without payment, cancelled transactions and refunded purchases do not qualify.

Gift voucher and treatment course value

Gift vouchers remain genuine IVMEDISPA products and retain their full face value. They may be redeemed in accordance with the Promoter’s standard gift voucher terms and conditions, irrespective of the outcome of the prize draw. Treatment courses and packages are provided in accordance with the Promoter’s usual terms.

The prize

There is one prize: a six-month aesthetic treatment experience at IVMEDISPA Edinburgh, advertised as having a value of over £2,000. The prize includes six advanced laser treatments and six professional LED light therapy sessions.

The prize is intended to be taken between January and June 2027, subject to consultation, treatment suitability, any required patch tests and appointment availability.

The prize is personal to the winner, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place on 26 December 2026 using a verifiably random selection process. The Promoter will retain an appropriate record of the draw and its result.

Contacting the winner

The Promoter will contact the winner using the contact details available from the qualifying purchase. The winner must respond within seven calendar days. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection method.

Announcing the winner

The winner is expected to be announced on 26 December 2026 through IVMEDISPA’s official social media channels. The Promoter will obtain the winner’s permission before publishing their full name, photograph or other personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to confirm the outcome.

Booking and treatment suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and the clinic’s professional assessment of suitability. Any required patch tests, contraindication checks and safety protocols must be completed before treatment.

The clinic may decline or adapt a treatment where necessary for safety or clinical suitability. Where a particular treatment is unsuitable, the Promoter will discuss a reasonable alternative within the scope of the prize, where available.

Fair administration

The Promoter will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, invalid or obtained in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Personal data

The Promoter collects the name, email address and telephone number provided on the enquiry form, together with the details of the qualifying purchase. This data is processed for administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and retained only for as long as is necessary to administer the promotion and to meet the Promoter’s legal and accounting obligations. Questions about personal data may be sent to info@ivmedispa.com.

Entering the promotion does not, by itself, subscribe an individual to marketing communications.

General

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scots law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
