The handpiece on the incredibly versatile, Alma Harmony XL Pro device, is a state-of-the-art multifunctional Q-switched ND-YAG laser and works by the use of acoustic soundwave energy, which means it is gentle enough to treat the most delicate areas on the Face, Neck, Décolleté, around the eyes and even the lip area, all while minimising the risk of hypopigmentation, common with other heat-based lasers.
This treatment creates controlled dermal wound healing whilst causing no trauma to the epidermal (external) layer of the skin. The wound healing process stimulates growth of new collagen whilst simultaneously, tightening the tissue, ultimately delivering clearer, firmer and plumper skin too!

Everyone! Once we turn 20, we produce 1% less collagen each year. ClearLift
promotes collagen remodelling which helps with the appearance of ne
lines, wrinkles, and skin laxity. The ClearLift can also simultaneously do photo
rejuvenation for a well rounded approach to skin rejuvenation.
No it is not painful. The ClearLift laser creates microscopic dermal injuries and
does not cause damage to the outer layer of the epidermis.
Usually there is no downtime following the ClearLift laser treatment and it is
considered a true “lunchtime procedure”. However, if treating supercially
petechiae may result which can be easily covered with makeup. However,
everyone’s skin reacts dierent and it is best to consult with your practitioner.
Yes, combination treatments are highly recommended. Dierent modalities
on the Harmony can be combined or other treatments such as Botox, dermal
llers, and chemical peels can be included for a holistic approach.
We recommend 3 – 6 sessions, however your practitioner will be able to
provide you with a better guide upon a personalised skin assessment.
